We are extending our FREE shipping offer to all orders over $29.95 to any location within the 48 contiguous United States.    

 

General Shipping Information

 

Orders are processed at 9am central time Monday thru Friday.  

Packages are shipped in 3-4 working days. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for Standard Delivery. For faster service, select our Priority Delivery (3-7 business days), Next day (1 day) or 2nd Day (2 days) service (additional ship charges do apply). Special orders and special parts orders are subject to shipping fees.  Please note that all sewing machines and larger ticket items will have signature required.  If this is a problem for you please contact customer sercive after you place your order.

 

If your billing address and shipping address are different this can delay your order as we are required to call to check and verify your information before your order can ship.  For faster service please have your billing address and shipping address the same.  Due to fraudulent orders if the billing and shipping address do not match, Weisner's Sewing Center reserved the right to cancel the order.  This is for your protection of your credit card information.  WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY ON ALL SHIPMENTS OF SEWING MACHINES, SERGERS, EMBROIDERY MACHINES AND HIGHER END PRODUCTS WE SELL. 

 

CAN'T FIND YOUR ORDER?

This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is to check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors. Carriers also occasionally mark packages “Delivered” before they’re dropped off.

Applies to each “Ship To” delivery address within the lower 48 USA.  Some large items cannot ship to a PO box. Please do include your physical address on your order in the event we have to change shipping carriers.

Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order.  Elna items cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Taxes, duties, shipping and any fees apply.  No exceptions.  These are charged to you by the carrier and not Weisner's Sewing Center.  Any order returned to Weisner's Sewing Center will have these fees taken out of your refund as these are non-refundable. 

Elna items cannot be shipped outside the United States.

Why do some items have Shipping Restrictions?

Some items have shipping restrictions attached to them. These items cannot ship via Express Delivery (Next/2nd Day Air), nor can they ship outside the contiguous USA. This may be due to their size, weight or content such as aerosol, flammable, combustible products, with the latter having strict shipping regulations attached.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

 

 

Most packages will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 working days from the day an order is received. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Exceptions are: special order items, drop ship items. If received after 11:30 a.m., the order will likely ship the following day. Saturday delivery not available. NOTE for order placed after 9am central time:  

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

 Any customers that purchase any items from our website that are shipped outside of Kansas are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use Tax on their purchases. For questions, see your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of Kansas.
