PRODUCT SHIPPING

Orders typically ship in 1 to 5 business days (we're normally very quick about getting your shipment to you!) through UPS to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.  You will get a email with tracking number.  If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be contacted to initiate a refund, special order, or product substitution.

Returns

Life's complicated, returns don't have to be.

You have 3 days to report a damaged product during shipping to contact us.  We stand behind Elna's Warranty.  You can return your machine if defective. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser to get a defective item back.  All machines are double inspected for instruction book and all accessories.  Items must be in brand new condition when they are returned and in orginal box.

Weisner's Sewing Center is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. Your item will include warranty information.  Register online to Elna - USA /support and go to contact customer service.  Go to the bottom and fill out elna machine warranty.  Weisner's Sewing Center will honor your warranty and an attempt to repair the item is the first course of action.

We will gladly repair your item under warranty.  Shipping is NOT covered under warranty.  In the event the item is defective we will replace the item.  If you believe your machine is missing accessories please check all packaging thoroughly including outer box. Also please check built in storage on your machine. Consult owners manual if you are unsure where your on board machine accessory storage is located.

Non-returnable Items:

• All opened software and designs

• All sewing cabinets,  and inserts

• Fabric

• All items without original factory box

Special order

Special order machines that are not in stock but can be ordered from the destributer. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Once the order is confirmed we are unable to cancel these items, as Special Orders are specifically for you!

Pre-Order means that an item is currently out of stock but is in production and will be available at a later date. Please note that availability dates are subject to change. If we can not get Sewing Machine you will not be charged.
